For flexible 14 days rates, cancellation up to 14 days prior to arrival is permitted. In this case, the 30% deposit paid at the time of booking will be refunded in the form of a voucher to be used at any Hotiday hotel.
Balance is due 14 days before arrival. During the last 14 days prior to arrival, any cancellation will not result in a refund.
